RACHARA JEFFERSON
President
Dr. Rachara Jefferson is President of Introspect International LLC. With over 20 years of practical business and organizational development experience, Rachara has worked in diverse industries, departments, and functions, including human resources, management, and leadership. Her experience spans colleges, retail, banks, sales, and large pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.
Rachara understands the challenges associated with achieving long-term, sustainable results while building an environment in which employees can thrive. She has walked the path from employee to leader to executive and has successfully led small, large, and global teams. The common thread in her career has been her love of people. Rachara believes that when people are respected, trusted, responsible, and connected, the organization will achieve great outcomes.
In Rachara’s doctoral research, Intrinsic and Extrinsic Job Motivators Predicting the Likelihood of Employee Intent to Leave, she identified what it really takes to transform an organization through results and culture. Grounded in both work and research experience, she offers real-world solutions to clients.
Rachara says, “I see life as a journey and see myself as a lifelong learner. I take every opportunity to improve in areas of personal and professional development.”
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English – Professional Communication, an MBA in Management and Strategy, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in HR Management. She enjoys spending time with her great husband, who is a transitioning service member of the United States Air Force. When she is not teaching, you will find her reading, volunteering, or cooking.
