Kathy is President of Zenso Connect LLC. Zenso provides high impact leadership training and consulting.
Kathy is deeply passionate about leadership and employee development. Currently, Kathy is President of Zenso Connect and is on the Board of Trustees for Introspect International LLC. In addition, she is thrilled to be an Introspect trainer. She was co-founder and CEO of Introspect International LLC for 28 years, where she led and managed an extraordinarily successful training and consulting company.
Kathy is having fun doing what she loves and spending time with her wonderful husband and puppy.
Her education includes a B.A. in Political Science from Mansfield University and a certificate from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has published articles and received numerous awards, including selection in Oxford’s Who’s Who – The Elite Registry of Extraordinary Professionals.
